How to Stay Skinny on Travel Days
A few tips on how to maintain bloating, curb your appetite, and feel refreshed as well as energized throughout your day(s) of travel!
1. Dandelion Tea.
This herbal tea is a natural diuretic and helps relieve bloating that can make us all feel groggy, tired, and slouchy. Dandelion root tea also helps because it relives the puffiness of bloating and is a great antioxidant. Drink before, during, and after your flight.
2. Dieter’s Green Tea. This tea is especially helpful because it will help prevent women from getting “backed up” while in-flight, which is the aftermath of dehydration and stress, possibly lack of sleep too. This tea contains senna, an herbal and gentle food disposer, and is a great source of green tea.
3. Ankle weights in hotel rooms.
This wonderful trick helps you tone while you’re away from your usual gym. This is a great way to stay fit and toned on the go, especially if you need to look good in that cocktail dress.
No matter where you are, try to walk as much as you can. Take the stairs, skip the escalator. Bring some good gym shoes and walk through airports from terminal to terminal while you’re waiting.
